When me and my family went to Florida over the holiday break we got to try some Mojo sauce. I loved it so much that I wanted to replicate it when I got home. The sauce that we had in Florida was a bit more on the garlic side but I wanted to lean more into the lemon flavor side. It was a great test of what I could do in the kitchen to test out a few different recipes. Here’s what I landed on. These go great with my Argentinian empanadas so check them out here! Tell me what you think about this recipe!

Notes
This is a very traditional dipping sauce in Cuba and the Caribbean. It’s great with many dishes but mainly good with empanadas. You can also use it as a marinade for chicken or beef.
