Cuban Mojo Empanada Dipping Sauce

  • 1 Blender
  • 1 Cutting Board
  • 1 Knife

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 bunch Bunch Chopped Parsley
  • 1 bunch Chopped Cilantro
  • 5 Garlic Cloves (Smashed)
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Vinegar (Red Wine or White)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Dump all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until you get the consistency you like.
  • Taste to make sure you like the flavor if you want it to have a stronger garlic flavor add more garlic or if you want more of a citrus flavor add more lemon. It's all about your preference.
  • Serve with Empanadas and enjoy it as a dipping sauce.

Notes

This is a very traditional dipping sauce in Cuba and the Caribbean. It's great with many dishes but mainly good with empanadas. You can also use it as a marinade for chicken or beef.
