Copycat La Terra Fina Spinach Artichoke Parmesan Dip Recipe (Costco)
Here's a great recipe that you are going to love that's a copy cat of what you would find at Costco. Enjoy this amazing recipe!
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 Baking dish (glass or ceramic)
- 1 Mixing Spoon
- 1 Knife
- 1 Cutting Board
Ingredients
- 1/2 14 oz Can of artichoke hearts drained & chopped
- 1/2 Cup Frozen spinach thawed, drained, finely diced or you can use freshly chopped spinach
- 1/4 Cup Onion finely diced
- 4 oz Cream cheese softened
- 1/3 Cup Plain greek yogurt (Heaping to almost over flow is good)
- 1/3 Cup Mayo (Heaping to almost over flow is great)
- 1/2 Cup Monterey jack cheese shredded
- 1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese finely shredded or grated
- 1/2 tsp Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Minced garlic
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉- you can also warm up the cream cheese in the oven during this time keep an eye on it and keep it in the wrapper while warming. When it is soft to the touch you can remove the cheese.
- In a mixing bowl stir all ingredients togather. Once all ingredient are very well incorporated place mixture into a oven safe baking dish.
- You can sprinkle some extra parmesan cheese on top. Place dish in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
- Once finished allow it to cool for a time and serve with your favorite chip or bread!
