1/2 14 ozCan of artichoke hearts drained & chopped
1/2CupFrozen spinach thawed, drained, finely diced or you can use freshly chopped spinach
1/4CupOnion finely diced
4ozCream cheese softened
1/3CupPlain greek yogurt (Heaping to almost over flow is good)
1/3 Cup Mayo (Heaping to almost over flow is great)
1/2CupMonterey jack cheese shredded
1/4CupParmesan cheese finely shredded or grated
1/2tspSalt to taste
1tspMinced garlic
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350℉- you can also warm up the cream cheese in the oven during this time keep an eye on it and keep it in the wrapper while warming. When it is soft to the touch you can remove the cheese.
In a mixing bowl stir all ingredients togather. Once all ingredient are very well incorporated place mixture into a oven safe baking dish.
You can sprinkle some extra parmesan cheese on top. Place dish in oven and bake for 20 minutes.
Once finished allow it to cool for a time and serve with your favorite chip or bread!
