Easiest Homemade Bagels From Scratch
Equipment
- 1 Mixing Bowl
- 1 spoon
- 1 Measuring Cups
- 1 teaspoons
Ingredients
- 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a wooden spoon.
- Once incorporated take out of the bowl and on a floured surface knead the dough by hand. Kneed the dough about 20 times.
- Cut dough into smaller balls. Then take a wooden spoon and poke a hole through the dough ball. To make sure that it goes through make sure that you flour the spoon.
- You can also make the hole bigger by using your hand and making a circule out of the dough.
- Place the bagels on a parchment paper on a cookie sheet cook at 375° F for 25 minutes.
- You can add toppings like everything seasonings, asiago, or cinnamon sugar or whatever you want!
- This recipe can make 8 bagels. Enjoy!
