Easiest Homemade Bagels From Scratch

Equipment

  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 spoon
  • 1 Measuring Cups
  • 1 teaspoons

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
  • 2 Cups Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl using a wooden spoon.
  • Once incorporated take out of the bowl and on a floured surface knead the dough by hand. Kneed the dough about 20 times.
  • Cut dough into smaller balls. Then take a wooden spoon and poke a hole through the dough ball. To make sure that it goes through make sure that you flour the spoon.
  • You can also make the hole bigger by using your hand and making a circule out of the dough.
  • Place the bagels on a parchment paper on a cookie sheet cook at 375° F for 25 minutes.
  • You can add toppings like everything seasonings, asiago, or cinnamon sugar or whatever you want!
  • This recipe can make 8 bagels. Enjoy!
